Mike Pretsell graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Psychology in 1990. He graduated from Queen's University Faculty of Law in 1994. Mike has been
involved in private practice in the City of Belleville since being called to the Bar in Ontario in 1996.
Mike is a member of the Hastings Law Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and the Canadian Bar Association. He is a former Director of the Canadian Bar Association, Workplace Safety and
Insurance Section, and former Director of the Hastings Law Association. He is presently the Chair of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, Long Term Disability Litigation Section.

David Cavanaugh attended Queen's University Law School and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in 1994. He was called to the Bar in 1996. After practising in Toronto several years he moved into private practice
in the Belleville area in 1998.
David's practice is in the areas of litigation on behalf of injured persons and car accident victims and family and divorce law matters before the Superior Court.

Kandace Davies graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Social Sciences majoring in Criminology and History with a minor in English in 1994. She went on to study law at the University
of Alberta for two years and completed her final year at Queen's University. She graduated in 1998 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2000.
Kandace has practiced in Belleville, Ontario since her call to the bar and her practice is in the areas of civil litigation including personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, long term disability claims, civil sexual assault and employment law.

David Little received an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier in 1981 and graduated from University of Western Ontario Law School in 1984. He was called to
the Bar in 1986.
David's practice since 1990 has been exclusively in the areas of Workplace Safety and Insurance, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Rights, CPP, and Employment Law. He has practiced in all levels of appeal
