David Little received an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier in 1981 and graduated from University of Western Ontario Law School in 1984. He was called to the Bar in 1986.
David's practice since 1990 has been exclusively in the areas of Workplace Safety and Insurance, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Rights, CPP, and Employment Law. He has practiced in all levels of appeal
and frequently leads Continuing Education seminars.
David teaches Employment and Labour law in the Bachelor of Applied Arts degree program at Loyalist College. He joined Pretsell Cavanaugh in November 2008 following a lengthy practice in a community legal clinic
in Belleville.
